After your order is placed, one of our team members will reach out within a few hours to confirm your adoption. We’ll then guide you through the payment process and ownership documents, which are required before delivery or pickup. Our friendly and responsive team is here to make sure everything is clear and easy to follow. ✨
Ownership Agreement & Deposit
Before moving forward, we’ll send you a Bunny Ownership Agreement to review and sign. A 50% deposit is required to secure your bunny and begin the ownership process. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup. This ensures that your chosen bunny is officially reserved and no longer available to other families. 💖
Delivery or Pickup
Once everything is confirmed, your bunny will be prepared for travel to their new home. 🏡🐇 We offer safe, secure delivery options as well as local pickup by appointment. Each bunny leaves the rabbitry healthy, clean, and ready to begin their new adventure with you!
